Breakfast Recipe for active People, Banana Berry Protein Shake

Ingredients :
1 cup unsweetened soy milk
1/2 teaspoon ground flax seed
1 teaspoon flax seed oil
1/2 a banana
1/2 cup frozen mixed berries.
1 scoop vanilla flavoured whey protein powder


Instructions :
1. Blend together all of the above ingredients together and serve.
2. Skim milk can be used instead of soy milk, but be aware that it has a lot more sugar in it.
3. I like to use a Magic Bullet to make these shakes so there’s less clean-up.
