Egg Noodle Scramble

Ingredients :
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup milk
8 large eggs
1/4 cup raisins
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 cups uncooked egg noodles
2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Instructions :

1. Cook noodles according to package directions and drain in a colander; do not rinse.
2. Coarsely chop noodles.
3. Stir sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl and set aside.
4. Combine eggs, milk and salt in a bowl; use a fork to beat until well-blended.
5. Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
6. Add noodles and raisins and cook, stirring, for 1 minute.
7. Add and cook, scrambling until eggs are cooked through, 2 to 3 minutes.
8. Sprinkle cinnamon-sugar on top and serve warm.
